I've made a deposit/withdrawal, but the funds are not in

There are 2 possible reasons, why there's a delay getting the funds to your account: 

1) the transaction didn't get enough confirmations - you can check the status on a scanner of the related network (https://etherscan.io for example);

2) you've chosen the wrong network - in this scenario the funds are lost and there's no way to recover them
